We bought a property in SoCal 2 years ago with FHA loan (5% -30-year fix interest). Six months ago, we had been looking around to refinance our mortgage loan. We checked with several big lenders (such as Chase, Well Fargo, and etc) which they only offered us a rate of 4.25% to 4.5% ... Well, with all the closing costs and upfront MIP, and an increasing of monthly MIP, refinance is not a good idea.
Not until we talked to Tuan, he informed us about the new changes in FHA streamline refinances, and explained the pros and cons of having our loan refinanced with smaller lender for a better rate. We finally decided to let Tuan help us! Tuan really DID a good job and we were very impressed! Tuan is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Tuan stayed on top of things through the whole process. He continuously updated us via email and quickly returning our phone calls. Tuan had watched out for the best interest rate for us. Yes, we were able to lock our loan at 3.75% 30-year fix!!! On top of that, Tuan was able to get the all the closing cost covered, plus all the discounts and some extra. We were able to close our loan within a month.
We really enjoy working with Tuan. He has such a good working ethic. Tuan has exceeded my expectations.

Who would have thought that at the beginning of our loan process that we would have gained such a great friend. I've never written a review on Yelp before BUT I couldn't pass up this opportunity to let everyone out there know what a hard working, up front & passionate person Tuan is!! I have been so worry about my house when it came time to refinance…due to the interest rate was so LOW compare to my current loan rate that I have right now……Also, my husband's job was insecure, so I would like to refinance and not to worry if something will happen to his job...Luckily one of my friend was referral me to Tuan Vo from Providential Mortgage. I explained my situation to Tuan, what I was hoping to accomplish. True to his word, he told me YES we can do this.
